Collar

I am currently sitting in the bar in the conservatory, it's past midnight and I have the patio doors wide open because the rats were running around the settees for hours so my asthma is kicking of like an absolute bastard. So I'm freezing, making my orders and extra for the stall I'm attending this Saturday. I can't feel my fingers! But I'm'a managing, slowly but surely (and reluctantly). The stall is 2 days away, but the stain I use for my crow skulls takes no less than 24 hours to dry, which wouldn't give me time to necklace them up afterwards if I left all this 'til tomorrow.

Today though, I was super-productive and made this beasty:

Sorry. I like it. A lot. A turquoise feathered fox skull neck piece. If the pretty glass gem in the middle doesn't get you, or the airbrushed shades of green to yellow to blue don't get you, then surely the fact that the skull, which is a fox's skull, is animal-friendly should win you over. Everything I make is always animal-friendly; the fox skulls I make from start to finish from plastic. Wheeee. Now, unless your least favourite colour is a lovely turquoise, there's no reason for you not to like this :p Just kidding. But yeah I'm pleased with this one :) It's also reinforced with steel so it's sits perfectly on your shoulders.

Tomorrow's going to be an arse-on trying to make all my pewter pendants aswell as the WarriorCrow necklaces once the stain is dry enough and try to have everything done in-time for Saturday. Bah. But I panic everytime a stall place is due. I should be used to this by now! I'm really looking forward to Saturday, it's going to be gooood. Fancy dress is option, but I have pretty much nothing that resembles luxurious Victorian attire :/ sniffsniff. I may have to just accept it and sit behind my stall gazing upon all the prettier-dressed people that are there, sighing to myself...

It's my birthday in 20 days awshi'.

If you have requests for anything to be made, pop along to my Mortiis.M facebook page at www.facebook.com/mortiism and ram it on the wall or something. I like to make peoples' wants become 'haves'.
